- Organization of interaction of the School of Design with other structural units on ASSOC issues; DataCulture on schedule issues;

- Time Tracker (Design School schedule);

- RUZ (Schedule planning system for training sessions);

- Smart Plan (Development of curricula of the School of Design; creation of disciplines of the department);

- HSE SED (Electronic Document Management System);
- Interaction with other structural units on issues of ensuring the educational process, within the framework of official powers;
- Performs other duties established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and/or local acts (orders (orders)) HSE, as well as the employer's orders.
