The Deputy Director of the GSB Learning Support Centre (LSC) has the following responsibilities:

• - ensures the organisation of the work of the Learning Support Centre;
• - performs the functions defined in the Regulations on the Academic Support Department, as well as instructions of the Director of GSB;
• - submits proposals to the GSB Director or Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of GSB to improve the LSC performance and enhance the efficiency of its work;
• - organizes and supervises the work of LSC employees under her direct supervision;
• - works in IS-PRO, SED, LMS, SmartLMS, ASAB, Smartplan, SmartReg, RUZ systems;
• - makes managerial decisions on consideration of claims of educational programmes participants and interested persons on issues of organizational and resource, methodological and informational support of educational programmes;
• -performs other duties established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, local acts of the National Research University Higher School of Economics
