Liaising with students, preparing and modifying Individual Curricula, drafting project orders, and managing student mobility and enrollment records in corporate information systems.

Overseeing, maintaining, and advising students on the enrollment process for elective courses, the assignment of term paper and final thesis topics, the allocation of academic supervisors, and the procedures for changing topics or supervisors.

Monitoring the implementation of contractual obligations between the faculty and students enrolled in fee-paying places.

Collaborating with other structural units to facilitate the educational process.

Maintaining student personal files and document archives, both in hard copy and within corporate information systems.

Drafting notifications regarding student expulsions, tuition fees, changes to tuition costs and study contract terms, as well as preparing responses to student-related inquiries within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).

Monitoring and analyzing student academic performance, overseeing the clearance of academic debts during retake periods, including the verification of medical certificates.

Informing students via the Learning Management System (LMS), the official website, and email.

Performing other duties as established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and/or local regulations (orders, directives) of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University), as well as assignments from the employers
