Safety supervision of all available HSE material resources;

HSE dormitory supervision;

Management of transportation support for HSE educational activities, transport repair works, proper maintenance and safe operation;

Management of security, communications, and engineering security equipment for HSE administrative buildings, dormitories and territories;

Provision and monitoring of fire safety, as well as compliance with sanitary and technical norms of HSE administrative buildings and dormitories;

Supervision and coordination of the Operational and Technical Department and HSE dormitories.
