Leonid Luks is ex director of the leading scientific institute for Central and East European studies (ZIMOS), Academic Supervisor of International Laboratory for the Study of Russian and European Intellectual Dialogue.

Leonid Luks is an author of articles and monographies in German, English and Russian languages about the history of Russian thought, and also a publisher of the only eight volume collection of works of Russian philosopher S.L. Frank. Senior editor in “Contemporary western European history and culture forum” and “Forum für osteuropäische Ideen und Zeitgeschichte”.

The journal "Forum of the Newest East European History and Culture" Published Materials of the Conference "Russia a Hundred Years after the Revolution of 1917: Causes and Consequences"

In early October a compilation of the materials of the international scientific conference "Russia a Hundred Years after the Revolution of 1917: Causes and Consequences" was published.

On September 28-29, 2017 the International Laboratory for the Study of Russian and European Intellectual Dialogue with the support of the Institute of Slavic Studies of the Dresden Technical University held the international scientific conference "F.A. Stepun: Russian Thinker between Two Revolutions."

International Scientific Conference "Russia a Hundred Years after the Revolution: Causes and Consequences"

On April 27-28, 2017 the International Laboratory for the Study of Russian and European Intellectual Dialogue conducted its first scientific conference with participation of the following foreign partners: the Institute for the Study of Central and Eastern Europe, Eichstätt, the University of Granada and the Estonian Euroacademy.
