At the meeting of the Rector’s Council on June 23, seven issues were considered, including the vaccination of staff and students, postgraduate and dissertation councils, the development of a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme at the University, and the HSE library. Another Cafeteria Opens at HSE Building on Shabolovka
This is the fourth food point in the building – there are already two cafeterias and a cafe . In addition to traditional food-serving counters, the new cafeteria will feature a salad bar and an open kitchen, where Italian pizza will be cooked.
More than 500 People Have Already Gotten Vaccinated against Measles
Since February 19, HSE community members have been able to get vaccinated against measles. All students, faculty, and staff, including foreign citizens, can get vaccinated for free. Remember—measles is an extremely dangerous and contagious disease that can only be prevented by getting vaccinated. There is still time to get vaccinated: the vaccination period has now been extended by one day to include February 22.
New Cafeteria: Two Floors, Set Meals for 110 Roubles and Special Cheesecakes
The cafeteria is one of the main points of attraction for students in any HSE building. Now HSE students in the humanities and physics, who study at 21/4 Staraya Basmannaya Ulitsa, also have one to visit. The HSE news service visited the renovated cafeteria to learn whether it’s better than the legendary cafeteria on Myasnitskaya (spoiler alert: it seems so) and to ask the brand chef what meals are worth trying.
