Employment history

Chief Financial Officer and the Member of the Executive Board of Moscow Exchange from September 2017.

Before joining Moscow Exchange Max Lapin was a member of the Management Board and a Business Development Director at Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK).

Before MMK Max was in charge of Planning and Analysis at Sibur.

Previously, Max worked with the Moscow office of McKinsey & Company where he focused on strategy and operational efficiency in the industrial and banking sectors (JBA, BA, SBA, ASC, JEM), and with Prado in a position of Deputy CFO.

Social Activity

Max is a Chairman of the Corporate Finance and Capital Markets Committee of the Russian Managers Association from 2018.
