Organization of long-term international academic mobility of students within the university-wide agreements:
- Developing instruments, regulations and procedures on students incoming international mobility;
- Creating and updating information channels: istudents website; HSE International Exchange Group in Vkontakte;
- Organizing and delivering training sessions & presentations on the topic;
- Maintaining HSE University's ongoing cooperation with partner universities as related to students’ academic exchange;
- Advising students, faculty, staff on HSE University administrative procedures as related to students exchange programs.

In early November 2023, a delegation from HSE University visited the Chinese University of Hong Kong in Shenzhen. HSE University representatives took part in CUHK-Shenzhen 2023 International Partner Day and discussed the existing student exchange agreement with colleagues from China.

These are only a few of the questions international students have when they come to study at HSE University. At the beginning of the new academic year, HSE University is running a series of Orientation Sessions for new international students to address these questions and help them settle into their life in Moscow.
