Responsibilities

Development and implementation of student career and career guidance activities on campus.
Creation and regular updating of a long-term content plan for the career guidance activities of the Center.
Coordination of all processes within the Center: operational management of the work team, assignment of tasks, and control of project implementation.
Cooperation with university partners and relevant campus departments to provide joint career services in accordance with existing agreements and contracts.
Formation and development of the Graduate Community of the Higher School of Economics - St. Petersburg, including the creation of a network of events to involve graduates in the university's life.
Individual career counseling for students and assistance in building professional development trajectories. Interaction with students regarding internships, internships and employment.

Career Center Involvement in Mentorship Seminar for First-year Students

A meeting with representatives of the Career Development Center at HSE University in St. Petersburg was conducted in March 2025 via mentorship seminars. The session provided valuable insights into the career opportunities available for students and how the university supports professional growth.

Master's Programme 'Finance' at HSE University-St Petersburg Confirms International ACCA Accreditation

The master's programme 'Finance' at HSE University-St Petersburg has confirmed its international accreditation of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) for five years. Now, the programme graduates can skip several exams when joining ACCA. The qualification gives the alumni a competitive advantage when seeking employment in top Russian and international companies for positions related to finance and accounting.

'University is a Community of Both Current and Future Professionals': How HSE Orientation Week Went

HSE Orientation Week came to an end. It was organised by the Career Centre and the Alumni Community. Within a week, there were 12 meetings at HSE University-St Petersburg in which 40 alumni of the campus and 350 first-years took part. The alumni shared with the students their experience in career building and discussed the issues of employment. Read about the impressions of the organisers and participants in the article.
