- Management of the study office's work;

- Collaboration with the faculty's departments, the Office of registrar, the financial administration etc;

- Personal files admission from the admissions committee and preparing them for archiving;

- Documentation management according the approved nomenclature;

- Preparation of diplomas and Diploma Supplements;

- Preparation of expelling notification, payment notification, notification of tuition fees changes and changes in education agreement;

- Preparation and registration of orders;

- Monitoring and analyzing of students' preformance, control of students' dealing with academic debts;

- Preparation of individual curriculum for students who decide to change their education;

- Calculation of tuition fees for students who decide to change their education;

- Due date notification of students on study process questions;

- Calculation of students rating (both current and cumulative);

- Technical and other support for carrying out of Final State Exam;

- Preparation of 3d party organizations' answers (Pension Funds, social services etc);

- Other responsibilities that are established by the Russian Federation laws and/or HSE local acts (orders etc).
