- Interaction with teachers of the department in solving the problems of forming and adjusting the teaching load, informing teachers about the volume and structure of the planned and actual teaching load, preparing individual plans for teachers.
- Work in ASAV with reports and plans on the load of teaching staff of the department.
- Preparation and execution of agreements, addenda and certificates of invited teachers.
- Interaction with the academic supervisors and study offices of educational programmes.
- Records management of the department.
