Responsibilities
Competency. Independently determine, in accordance with established procedures, the content and teaching methods for subjects within the framework of the approved curriculum. Propose for discussion drafts of new methodologies, academic disciplines, textbooks, and study guides, as well as forms for assessing students knowledge and achievements in the discipline taught, and evaluate such knowledge and achievements.
Pursue scientific interests in accordance with established procedures and within the general framework of the University's research activities. Determine the directions and methods of scientific research and R&D activities in consultation with the Head of the Department. Utilize the University's information, computing, and administrative resources for scientific research and R&D activities in accordance with established procedures.
Participate in the University's expert and analytical wprk in accordance with established procedures. Access and use University's information resources in the course of performing job duties.
Duties. Perform work duties in accordance with the employment contract and the job description. Comply with HSE Charter, Internal Labor Regulations, and other local regulations.
Carry out teaching and instructional-methodological work in accordance with the approved individual work plan. Develop teaching and instructional-methodological materials for the discipline tauth and upload these sylabi to the electronic information system.
Carry out expert-anlytical and research activities in accordance with established procedures. Implement the results of such work, including within the educational process. Publish the results of the aforementioned work.
Perform organizational duties in accordance with established procedures, and meet the evaluation criteria for academic staff and publication activity.
