Developments and Transformations in European Union Arctic Policy Discussed at HSE University Arctic Research Seminar
On February 25, 2026, the second Arctic Research Seminar, entitled “Developments and Transformations in European Union Arctic Policy before and after 2022,” was held at HSE University. The Arctic in Focus: the ‘Greenland Question’ and Its Possible Trajectories Discussed at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Arctic Studies, HSE University
On February 10, 2026, the Centre for Centre for Interdisciplinary Arctic Studies at Institute for Economics of Natural Resources and Climate Change, HSE University, held its first Arctic Research Seminar, entitled “The Greenland Question: Factors, Prospects and Development Scenarios.” Experts examined the impact of the Greenland agenda on transatlantic relations, security, and global markets.
Presentation of the HSE Institute for Economics of Natural Resources and Climate Change
On December 11, 2025, a special event was held to mark the launch of the Institute for Economics of Natural Resources and Climate Change at the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs of HSE University. The programme featured presentations by the heads of the Institute’s divisions outlining its key areas of work, the launch of a special issue of the journal Contemporary World Economy, and an expert discussion on the outcomes of COP30 in Brazil.
