The academic supervisor is responsible for updating, developing, implementing and making effective the main educational program of higher education (hereinafter referred to as the Program), as well as:

- organizes the development and approval of a set of Program documents, as well as its updating (updating);

- responsible for the effective implementation of all elements of the Program curriculum: organizes and monitors the activities of research and teaching staff involved in the implementation of the Program, interacts with managers and employees of HSE structural units on the implementation of the Program;

- analyzes the results of student assessment of teaching (SOP), organizes an annual discussion of the results of SOP with the academic Council of the Program;

- sets tasks for the head of the training office;

- advises students and makes decisions on content and administrative issues that arise during their studies (including acting as a mediator during conflict situations), on individual educational trajectories;

- coordinates the work with potential applicants to study for the Program, he is responsible for interaction with graduates of the Program, coordinates the promotion of the Program; organizes and monitors the quality of the Program (including self-examination of the PLO, accreditation, external evaluation, etc.); represents the interests of the Program at the academic Council of the division, as well as in interaction with other management bodies of the higher school of Economics and beyond (if necessary).
