Managing document workflow within the activities of the Project-Based Learning Laboratory “Artificial Intelligence in Mathematical Finance” of the HSE University Faculty of Computer Science Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Sciences (hereinafter referred to as the Laboratory);

Planning and organizing the Laboratory’s work;

Collecting and analyzing data on the Laboratory’s performance outcomes;

Maintaining the Laboratory’s website in an up-to-date condition (updating information on projects and staff, announcing upcoming Laboratory seminar meetings);

Monitoring the Laboratory’s budget;

Coordinating deadlines and project implementation stages within the Laboratory;

Preparing reporting documentation on the implementation of the Laboratory’s projects;

Supporting the activities of the Applied Technological Solutions Department of the Project Management Center at the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Sciences, Faculty of Computer Science, HSE University.
