- participates in the development and implementation of the HSE GSB development strategy in the field of internationalization;
- organizes meetings, negotiations, discussions, round tables, conferences and other events aimed at developing a global network of HSE GSB academic partners;
- collects information on the possibilities of establishing cooperation with foreign academic partners of the HSE GSB, analyzes and evaluates the prospects for cooperation;
organizes and participates in negotiations and meetings with existing and potential foreign academic partners of the HSE GSB;
- participates in international exhibitions, educational forums and conferences, visits in order to establish and strengthen relations with foreign academic partners of the HSE GSB;
- organizes the signing of drafts of new academic exchange agreements and cooperation agreements with foreign academic partners of the HSE GSB;
- organizes joint events with HSE GSB's foreign academic partners aimed at increasing the internationalization of HSE GSB's academic activities;
- performs quality control of the global network of HSE academic partners;
- informs the HSE GSB academic partners about the educational programs implemented by the HSE, events and other activities of the HSE GSB related to the development of international cooperation;
- provides organizational support for the processes of entry and membership of the HSE GSB, initiated by the HSE GSB, in global international associations and networks of leading business schools and universities of the world;
 - ensures the collection and timely provision of information to the HSE GSB management, academic managers of educational programs and heads of departments about the initiatives of foreign academic partners of the HSE GSB, which have a high potential in terms of the development of internationalization of educational activities of the HSE GSB;
 - organizes and coordinates the international academic mobility of students, postgraduates and teachers of the HSE GSB;
 - provides organizational and administrative support for the development and implementation of dual degree programs and integrated training with the participation of international academic partners of the HSE GSB;
 - organizes and coordinates international scientific and educational events of the HSE GSB;
 - coordinates organizational and administrative support for the recruitment of international specialists and the invitation of scientific, pedagogical and administrative staff of the HSE GSB;
 - monitors the indicators of internationalization of the professional experience of scientific, pedagogical and administrative staff of the HSE GSB and prepares proposals to the management of the HSE GSB for the implementation of measures aimed at increasing the level of internationalization;
 - supervises and directs the activities of the Central Research Institute, ensures the organization of its work, the fulfillment of tasks and functions, as well as decisions of the Academic Council, orders, orders of the Higher School of Economics and instructions of the leadership of the Higher School of Economics, the Dean of the Higher School of Economics, his deputies;
 - submits proposals to the dean, the deputy dean on improving the activities of the IO, increasing the efficiency of its work;
 - develops draft documents related to the organization of IO activities and international mobility;
 - participates in the preparation of the cost estimates of the IO and controls its execution;
organizes professional development of IO employees together with HSE GSB departments responsible for this area;
 - ensures the creation of optimal conditions for high-performance, high-quality work in the workplace;
 - monitors compliance by employees of the IO with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the charter and local acts of the Higher School of Economics, including the Internal Regulations of the Higher School of Economics, the rules of occupational health and safety, fire safety;
 - develops drafts of job descriptions of IO employees and submits them for approval to the rector/coordinating Vice-rector;
 - signs the documents necessary for the organization of international academic mobility (students, teachers and staff);
 - ensures timely preparation of the established accounting documentation;
makes management decisions on the consideration of claims of participants of international academic mobility and interested persons;
 - carries out work on the reception for storage, accounting, vacation (issue) of material values in the Central Educational Institution for the purpose of implementing international academic mobility at the HSB GSB, ensures the safety of the entrusted property;
 - performs other duties established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and/or local regulations (orders, orders) HSE, as well as the employer's orders.
