1. preparing 3D full-atomic structure of the FsAxh1-like domain using SWISS-MODEL;
2. parametrising the obtained protein model with sugars in the CHARMM36 force field using GROMACS;
3. calculating and analyzing MD trajectories for parametrised systems using GROMACS, Chimera, VMD and Python libraries.
