In 2008, Pavel Pavlov graduated from the Faculty of Economics of St. Petersburg State University with honors. In 2011 he received a PhD in Economics. In 2014, he received a Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence (Criminal Law) from the Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation (Moscow). From 2015 to 2016, Pavel Pavlov held the position of Finance Director at the B3 Group construction company. From 2016 to 2021, he was Deputy General Director for Exports at the Agribusiness Group "Resource". In 2020, he received a Management Accountant's certificate from the Institute of Management Accountants, USA. From 2021 to 2022, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the "Sevkabel" plant.
In 2024, Pavel Pavlov completed his studies at Heriot-Watt University (Scotland) according to the MBA program "Strategic Management". Since 2021, he has been the Director of SIA Consulting, the field of activity are strategic and financial consulting for agricultural and industrial enterprises. From 2023 to 2025, he worked as the First Deputy Director at the Bashkir Poultry Complex named after Gafuri.
Since March 2024, he has been a leading expert at the HSE Business Communications Research Laboratory. A priority area of research is the application by domestic businesses of effective GR practices for business development both in Russia and in foreign countries. Main industries: agriculture and industrial production.
