Research object: standardized methods of education quality assessment of bachelor graduates in pedagogy, law, economics, management and sociology.
Research purpose: development of a standardized federal exam for bachelors.
Empirical base of the research: we carried out experimental testing of the model we developed for a federal exam for bachelors.
Research results: we created a model for a standardized exam for bachelors. It allows for the assessment not only of factual knowledge, but also of bachelors' basic competencies, such as analytical thinking, ability to process information, critical thinking, forming causal links, etc.
Implementation of the research results: the model of the federal exam for bachelors meets the basic requirements for quality assurance of education reported in 273-FZ "on education in the Russian Federation" of 2012. The described model is recommended for introduction after the second year of a degree in pedagogy, law, economics, management and sociology. However, it should be noted that the introduction of such a model would lead to modernizing the entire education system, which means that all levels of education must be prepared, as well as other interested organizations, for the project to be implemented.
