More than 50 staff members from HSE’s campuses in Moscow, St Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, and Perm took part in the strategic session. The event was moderated by the team of the Centre for Human-Centricity and Leadership with the participation of the HSE Legal Office and the Department of Internationalisation.

During the strategic session, the participants discussed scenarios that arise when interacting with students, the specifics of information sharing, and the need to coordinate efforts across specialised departments and campuses.

During the group work, representatives from different campuses and departments learned about their colleagues' best practices, identified process bottlenecks, and formulated proposals for improvement. The strategic session served as a platform for campuses to exchange best practices, jointly analyse existing constraints, and find solutions to make the international student migration support process more transparent, coordinated, and user-friendly for all participants.

The Centre for Human-Centricity and Leadership conducts strategic sessions covering not only the building of operational processes, but also the creation of a culture of cross-unit collaboration and strategies for their development in the framework of the Strategic Dialogue Centre.
