A new HSE University Front Office has opened in the on Pokrovsky Boulevard. Students and staff members can come here with any inquiries that fall under the purview of the HR Office and the Administration and General Services Office. The service is based on a ‘one-stop’ principle.
The new Front Office provides to university staff members the same HR Office services as those available on Myasnitskaya. Here, you can be advised on personnel matters, request certificates, copies of employment records and other documents, get official notes on business trips, apply for a job, and submit your sick leave certificates or time sheets.
When university staff members request certificates or copies of documents, they can choose the location where they would like to pick them up: Myasnitskaya Street or Pokrovsky Boulevard (with the exception of salary certificates in Russian, which can only be picked up at Myasnitskaya).
At the Front Office on Pokrovsky Boulevard, staff and students can deliver letters to university administration, get an official seal on their papers, and submit an official inquiry. Staff members can receive copies of their documents, archived certificates, and letterhead; they can drop off documents to be mailed, or get information on the location of certain departments.
The Front Office will also be responsible for document transfers between buildings on Myasnitskaya and Pokrovsky Boulevard.
The Front Office on Myasnitskaya continues its operation as usual.
'We want to make the HSE University Front Office convenient for visitors. Beginning in October, we will implement a transparent process of document transfer between Myasnitskaya and Pokrovka. Users will be able to request and track their documents in their MyHSE Services Account. And next year, the Front Office will be equipped with an electronic queue management system.'
The Front Office at Pokrovka is most easily accessed through the entrance on Durasovsky Pereulok (Entrance No. 2). No pass is necessary.
The Front Office is open Monday to Friday, from 9.30 am to 7 pm.
