HSE has purchased additional Zoom licenses. Now their total number is 3 000, which covers the current needs of the university.
Access to Zoom is provided to HSE University faculty and staff, including employees on short-term or part-time contracts.
To gain access, please send an application to the manager of your department, faculty, or subdivision. The consolidated application on behalf of your structural unit will then be sent to Alexey Chukarin, Senior Director for Digital Transformation.
Only deans or deputy deans of faculties may send applications on behalf of faculties and/or schools. As for other subdivisions, only their heads or deputy heads may submit applications.
After the application is approved, a Zoom account will be created, and an invitation to activate the account will be sent via email.
