International Students Will Be Exempt from Paying Dorm Fees

Students unable to return to Russia will be exempt from dorm fees from March 30 to August 31, 2021

International students who are staying in other countries and cannot return to Moscow for reasons beyond their control will be exempt from paying for accommodation in dormitories from March 30 to August 31, 2021.

This decision was made by the HSE University Anti-COVID Task Force. In total, about 2.500 international students of all four HSE campuses cannot return to Russia at the present moment.
