HSE Library New Services and Resources

MyHSE Services Account (‘Administrative Services’ section) now features a section for ordering books by domestic and foreign publishing houses to the Library.

All HSE faculty and staff of HSE University in Moscow (except for ICEF and GSB) can use this service to request books to be purchased.

Please note that starting this week you can submit a request for purchasing books from foreign publishers. Requests will be accepted until May 20, 2021. The instructions for using the service can be found here. Password: 2021Libdigest*

E-subscription

Until July 10, 2021, trial access to all journals of the University of Chicago Press, including leading publications in sociology, economics, anthropology, and other social disciplines and humanities is open. Ten of the 86 journals are ranked in the top 10 by impact factor in their subject categories.

The platform allows our readers to gain exclusive access to the latest issues of the American Journal of Sociology, Journal of Political Economy, Current Anthropology, Philosophy of Science, Journal of Labor Economics, and many other journals.

The service is available on the Library e-resources page in the ‘Trial Access’ section.

New Academic Council to Be Formed at HSE University in March
On February 28, 2024, HSE University's Academic Council held the final meeting with its current members: their term of office is expiring. On March 19, HSE University will host a conference for its employees and students, at which elections will take place, and, by the end of the month, a new composition of the Academic Council will be formed for a five-year term.
