Mikhail Boytsov has decided to leave his post due to personal circumstances and the approaching conclusion of his four-year term of duties.
Prof. Boytsov now plans to focus on implementing research projects.
Mikhail Boytsov started working at HSE University more than 10 years ago, serving as Head of the Centre for Medieval Studies. Later, he was appointed Deputy Dean for Research, and in 2018 became Dean of the Faculty of Humanities.
Dmitry Nosov, Prof. Boytsov's first deputy, has been appointed Acting Dean of the Faculty of Humanities. Currently, candidates for the position of dean are being discussed. Vadim Radaev, Sergey Roshchin, Maria Yudkevich and Alexey Koshel are responsible for selecting the candidates.
Dmitry Nosov has been working at HSE University since 2003. He is a Professor at the School of Philosophy and Cultural Studies, is engaged in educational and methodological work, and is responsible for HR and financial issues.
