HSE Students are Already Choosing the Concert Headliner for HSE Day 2019. You, too, can Suggest Someone!

Every HSE Day we invite cool artists to perform at the final event of the university-wide celebration, which is an evening concert. It is now time to choose the headliner of HSE Day 2019!
Previous headliners include THE HATTERS, Noize MC, B-2, Spleen, Gradusy (‘The Degrees’) and Zveri (‘Beasts’). Now HSE students can pick who will perform on HSE Day 2019.
How the Headliner Election Works
Until 23:59 MST, April 7, HSE students can suggest what bands they would like to see perform at the festivities by posting their suggestions as a comment to this post on the STUDLIFE HSE group page on VK. After the deadline, a list of the top 25 suggested performers will be compiled according to which ones received the most likes in the comments. These 25 artists will then be advanced to the general vote.
The next stage of the election process is the university-wide general vote conducted by Вышка Family. Based on the results, we will then whittle down the list of the top 25 performers to the top 10—with whom we will then have to negotiate. Note that we will include only performers who meet the requirements set forth by Russian law in the vote.
We will announce the winning artist or band in the 2019-2020 academic year!
