If you are planning on applying to one of HSE’s summer schools, it’s time to act now. Read on to learn about events hosted by HSE schools that are still accepting applications from students and teachers.
Cost: €300 (includes tuition fee, coffee breaks, and a city tour). Participants must pay for accommodation and travel costs on their own.
The HSE Institute of Education (IOE) and the International Laboratory for Education Policy Analysis are organizing a summer school on educational inequality. School participants will discuss how digital and online services present new educational opportunities and yet may also be associated with socioeconomic inequality. The summer school invites early career researchers (including senior undergraduate, master’s and doctoral students).

The Summer School organizers cover accommodation and meals for the participants selected during the admissions process.
In early July, the International Summer School on Cyber Law will be held in Moscow. Young law researchers, professors, postgraduate students and graduate students are invited to participate.
Participants will discuss the pressing legal issues of the digital economy: intellectual property rights in the digital era, the platform economy and liability of online intermediaries, and data protection in national jurisdictions.

Course fee for HSE students: €250 (includes tuition, materials, reception and celebration dinners, and some lunches). Participants must pay for travel and accommodation costs, as well as visa fee (if needed) on their own. HSE will cover the application fee for the 5 most competitive applicants.
The Exploring Entrepreneurship Summer School is conducted by HSE together with its partners, Twente university, NL, and Groningen university, NL.
The school is not aimed at helping participants prepare a business plan or attract venture investment. Rather, it seeks applicants who have an interest in entrepreneurship theory as a fast-developing area at the intersection of institutional economic, sociology, strategic management, social psychology and other fields.

In cooperation with the World Bank, HSE is proud to offer this summer school in Moscow for the first time. The School aims to contribute to the development of theory and practice in the Economics of Education and Education Policy by foregrounding the latest international research and practice in this field.
The School encourages students and early-career researchers from Russia, the CIS, Eastern Europe and China who study Economics of Education and Education Policy to apply.
