‘Learning How to Learn. How to Succeed at School Without Spending All of Your Time on Studies’ is an adaptation of the popular Coursera lecture series ‘Learning How to Learn: Powerful Mental Tools to Help You Master Tough Subjects’. 

HSE University's online project brought together participants from 15 countries

HSE University and Coursera have launched the Coursera for HSE cooperation initiative, which will allow HSE students to obtain free certificates upon their completion of online courses of other learning institution. Moreover, HSE University will cover the cost of the certificates.

An advent calendar with gifts is usually seen as a source of entertainment for children, but away with conventions. Everyone loves to receive presents, but HSE loves to give them. Each day between December 1st and 24th, the windows of a virtual calendar will display links to some of HSE’s most interesting courses, lectures, and events set to take place soon, as well as recordings from past events. The result will be 24 presents for absolutely everyone to enjoy.

On March 22, the Higher School of Economics hosted a university conference, ‘Blended Learning: Experience, Success and Prospects.’ More than 100 teachers, academics and administrative staff from all HSE campuses met to discuss the strategic and practical issues of integrating a mixed education format into the learning process, as well as the challenges and benefits of combining traditional education with distance and online methods.
