Trainee Advisers to the Rector
Students who have experience in student government and carrying out initiatives that are important for the university can become Trainee Advisers to the Rector.
During the year-long internship, students propose projects aimed at developing the university, as well as student academic, extracurricular and research experience at HSE. They also facilitate dialogue between the new cohorts of student government and the university administration.

Organizing the flow of e-documents;
Supervising the presentation and implementation of documents addressed to the Rector;
Maintaining the archive of the Rector’s Office.
Processing the minutes from the Rector’s meetings and orders/directives following meetings of the HSE Rector’s Council and Academic Council, as well as other requests made by the Rector, along with registering them in the Document Management System;
Preparing drafts of outgoing documents and letters of congratulation.
