Candidates dissertations of Klepneva Ksenia Vladimirovna and Mondrus Olga Vladimirovna were defended

On December 24, 2018, two defenses were held at once in the Dissertation Council in Management. Ksenia Vladimirovna Klepneva's dissertation on the topic: “Employee customer orientation in a multinational company” and Olga Vladimirovna Mondrus’s dissertation “Talent management system in Russian IT companies” were highly appreciated by members of the dissertation defense Committees. In both cases, the Committees made a unanimous decision to recommend to the dissertation council on management to award candidates of science degrees in management to the HSE to candidates.
