The 6th seminar of the Research Group was held on 10 October and it was generally devoted to discussion of two paper drafts, wrote by members of our team:

1) Marina Oskolkova and Yulia Naidenova in collaboration with Finnish professor Eduardo Tome presented their research "Personal Welfare and Intellectual Capital: The Case of Football Coaches".The paper presents a framework that helps to analyze the dependence between personal welfare and individual (personal) intellectual capital (IIC). The authors also introduce the system of proxy indicator for personal IC of football coaches.   This the  first paper that employs IC concept to people wealth while previous literature is dedicated to companies’ or countries’ IC.

2) Prof. Anna Bykova presented the article wrote mutually with Evgeniya Kuminova, who is currently studying in Humbold University in Berlin, named "How much does Relational Capital matter during the Crisis?".
