Elena Shakina was the main speaker of the workshop. She presented report devoted to Research Design. The main points were the following: the research framework, concept of two models - EVA and MVA, several variants of the research question. The report provoked discussion, during which the special guest of the seminar Grigory Kosenok gave a lot of valuable advice about econometric analysis. After hard working all the participants contunued the discussion with a cup of tea.
