The procedure of accommodation in HSE alternative accommodation options for 1st year Bachelor students of the 2021 intake
In 2021, the first-year bachelor students will be accommodated in accordance with the new procedure for accommodating HSE bachelor students approved on 28.12.2020. Categories who are not entitled to a place in the dormitories can use the service of the Student Housing Office.
Information about the place of accommodation will be available on the client's personal page in the reservation system of the Student Housing Office.
Students who have paid for alternative accommodation contracts will be placed:
- from 25 August 2021 (Level Amurskaya Residential Complex);
- from 30 August 2021 (Sevastopol Hotel, "Student Accommodation Centre" (Burakova St., 6A, bldg. 1), temporary accommodation for 2 months: Cosmos Hotel).
All categories of people who are not expected to be accommodated in the dormitories are eligible for alternative accommodation:

When the enrollment order is issued, the student can arrive for check-in, not earlier than the above check-in dates.
The dates of check-in in alternative accommodation options for bachelors of the 1st course of the enrollment in 2021 are shown in the table.
When checking into alternative accommodation, you must bring the following documents with you:
- Original rental agreement (in 2 copies);
- Passport + copy of passport with registration on one sheet.
For foreign students (extra):
- Certificate of no contraindications for accommodation in alternative accommodation (*);
- Voluntary Health Insurance (https://www.hse.ru/medical/ins);
- Test results for HIV + Hepatitis B (*)
- Two tests for COVID-19 by PCR (first test before arrival, the second one after arrival).
* if the information is not in Russian, a notarized translation into Russian is required
