Responsibilities

Execution of projects in the field of public science, technology and innovation policy, including research on global trends, analysis of science governance systems, and assessment of instruments for supporting researchers;
Expert and analytical support for the Executive Office of the Government of the Russian Federation and federal executive bodies on matters related to the formation and improvement of public policy in science and technology;
Management of research and methodological project activities related to monitoring the achievement of target indicators in science in accordance with national development goals (coordination of work streams, integration of results);
Participation as an expert in project teams responsible for preparing materials for comprehensive research, methodological, informational, and analytical support of public policy implementation in science and technology (including analytical reports for the Executive Office of the Government of the Russian Federation).
