Responsibilities
- interaction with students, entering data into the corporate information system HSE.Reg;
- documentary registration of student movements (orders, notifications, certificates);
- maintaining students' personal files and document archives in paper form and using corporate information systems;
- changing individual study plans for students;
- monitoring and analysis of students' academic performance, control over the elimination of academic debts by students during retakes;
- preparation and issuance of diplomas and supplements;
- informing students through the Learning Management System (SmartLMS), website, e-mail;
- preparation of statements for teachers and their accounting;
- interaction with other structural divisions on issues of ensuring the educational process, within the scope of official powers.
