Parents Mention Sons More Often than Daughters on Social Media

A new study by IOE experts Elizaveta Sivak and Ivan Smirnov analyzes parents’ gender preferences on social media and how these may be implicated in reinforcing inequality. The working paper is available online at the academic repository of Cornell University Library.
