How to upload student papers and theses in Learning Management System (LMS)
Term papers, projects, and final theses are uploaded and checked for plagiarism using the LMS system, with the submission form accessible in the account after login:

The list of all the term papers and theses assigned to you by the programme office of your degree programme, based on a personal application and secured by corresponding directives, should be available in this LMS module.

Before uploading the file of the work into the LMS system, one must verify the accuracy of their personal information:
- Full name
- Faculty
- Group
- Level of education
- Degree programme
- Email (a corporate student address is set by default)
- Contact phone number

The next step is to verify the information about the work and provide additional details:
- Topic in Russian
- Topic in English
- Supervisor
- Type of paper
- Language of the paper
- Prepared individually / in a group
- Abstract in Russian (no more than 2000 characters including spaces) — for theses only
- Abstract in English (no more than 2000 characters including spaces) — for theses only
Should there be any discrepancies in the presented information, contact the staff of your programme office.

For the final version of the thesis/term paper submission, the following must be specified:
- Compliance with Clause 3.11 of the Regulations on Checking Student Papers for Plagiarism, the Use of Generative Models, and the Publication of Bachelor's, Specialist, and Master's Theses on the HSE University Corporate Website — for theses only

- Confirm whether artificial intelligence was or was not used in the submitted work; if it was used, complete the survey declaring the details of such use within 24 hours of submission. IMPORTANT If the survey is not completed within the specified timeframe, the work will be deemed not submitted and will not be forwarded for plagiarism and AI screening, in accordance with Clause 3.12. of the Regulations on Checking Student Papers for Plagiarism, the Use of Generative Models, and the Publication of Bachelor's, Specialist, and Master's Theses on the HSE University Corporate Website — for theses only
- Consent to publish the full text of the thesis in the HSE University's Thesis Catalogue section — for theses only
- Feedback on the supervisor.
Once all data is verified and the required fields are completed, the "Submit" button will become active (changing its colour from grey to blue). .png)
The uploaded term paper/thesis is checked for plagiarism via the "Antiplagiat" module, which allows for the creation of a unified database of student works, automatic plagiarism percentage checks, and provides the supervising teacher's personal account with the uploaded text and plagiarism check technical results.
The HSE University LMS system automatically sends the uploaded file for plagiarism check to the "Antiplagiat" system.
After the check, the output file displays:
- Topic in Russian
- Topic in English
- Upload date
- Plagiarism percentage
- Status of completion
