Winter School 2015

About HSE Winter School 

In 2015 the school was held from January 30 to February 3.

Venue: Moscow region, Pokrovskoe

The Winter School programme was conducted entirely in English and included two majors:

Social Science & Humanities  

The major offers a course on the prospects of economic and political relations between the countries of East Asia and the Russian Federation, issues of social changes in the modern society, the political transformation in the international arena.

Besides, the major includes lectures on modern trends in Psychology and Sociology covering advanced and combined cognitive psychology, cognitive neuroscience and modeling, social psychology, cross-cultural psychology, economic psychology, work and organizational psychology, and methods of comparative social research.

Economics & Management

For those who are interested in how the world of money works we offer a blend of the courses on how to manage domestic and international companies, how to curb the complex context in which they operate, how to introduce new technologies and innovations to stay competitive, as well as how to articulate issues of public concern, and what a contemporary public policy process is.
