Methodological Seminar on Digital Technologies in Science and Education
The Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines and Digital Technologies of the Bashkir Academy of Public Administration under the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan (Ufa) held a methodological seminar titled “Methodology and Tools for the Use of Digital Technologies in Educational and Research Activities.”  The International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration Research Fellow Aisylu Ataeva, delivered a presentation titled “Methodological and Practical Aspects of Using Artificial Intelligence in Scientific Research.”

The first international conference "Historiographical and Perspective Tasks of Modern Information Law" was dedicated to topical issues of the transformation of historical science and archival studies in the context of universal digitalization. Senior Researcher of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration Evgeny Diskin took part in the conference. He made a presentation on the topic: "The impact of digital platforms on the transformation of approaches to the preservation of historical sources."

The conference "Digital Petersburg – 2035"
Evgeny Styrin, the Head of the HSE University International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration, participated in the conference "Digital Petersburg - 2035", which was held on the eve of the International ICT Forum "IT Dialogue". Within the framework of the conference, expert sessions were held, where possible sections and the basis for the Strategy of St. Petersburg City until 2035 were discussed.
