The journal "Zakon" (No 1, January 2025) published an article by Evgenii Diskin, Senior Researcher at the International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration at IGMU HSE University, dedicated to the analysis of the blocking of foreign Internet platforms in Russia and the prospects for their further operation.

The HSE University held a meeting of the working group of the BRICS Civil Forum in the format of a round table «Sovereign Economic and Financial Development» to prepare proposals for the BRICS Civil Forum, which will be held in Moscow on July 3-4, 2024. The meeting was attended by the Research Fellow of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration of the HSE University Evgenii Diskin.

A round table «Goals and Values of Alter-globalism» has took place at the Kazan Innovative University named after V.G.Timiryasov (KIU), Research Fellow of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration of the HSE University Dr. Evgeny Diskin has took a part.
