Danilova, junior researcher at the International laboratory for population and health NRU HSE, research fellow at the Data laboratory of the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research, presented on the "analysis of the quality of mortality data by cause of death in Russia and its regions".
On November 9 Dmirty Grigoryev took part in the "Culture matters" research seminar with the report on "Assimilationism, colorblindness, multiculturalism, and multiculturalism in the Russian context".
The Seventh International Academic Conference 'Foresight and STI Policy', traditionally organized by HSE ISSEK, took place in Moscow at the beginning of November. Mr Kato, the Director General of the National Institute of Science and Technology of Japan, was the key speaker at the event. He has talked to HSE News Service about his research interests, as well as about cooperation with HSE in the field of foresight research.

This October World Festival of Youth and Students took place in Sochi bringing together over 20 000 young people from 150 countries. Several HSE international students participated in the event, among them — Nawaid Alam, graduate of Governance of Science, Technology and Innovation programme and HSE doctoral student. He shared his impressions with HSE News Service.
