ICSID team members took part in the 50^th Annual Convention of the Association for Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Studies. The Convention was held in Boston on December 6-9, 2018.

On December 06 Klaus Boehnke (PhD, Professor, Bremen Graduate School of Social Sciences (BIGSSS), Jacobs University Bremen, Germany; co-head,International Scientific-Educational Laboratory for Socio-Cultural ResearchNational Research University Higher School of Economics, Moscow) took part in the "Culture matters" research seminar with the report "Adolescent Annihilation Fears and Lifetime Happiness: Insights from a Long-Term Longitudinal Study".

Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University is hosting a conference "Rehabilitation based on Neurotechnologies" in Moscow on November 29. Alexei Ossadtchi will give a talk on the topic "Electrocorticographic neurointerface for restoring lost functions and passive mapping of irreplaceable cortex", and Mikhail Lebedev will give a talk on the topic "Intracranial brain-computer interfaces: from monkey to human."

On Wednesday, November 21 the all-Russian seminar "Mathematical methods of decision analysis in economics, finance and politics" was held. K. Velikanov gave a lecture on "Direct Deliberative Democracy: participatory government model based on a massive direct discussion".

The Head of the International Laboratory for Logic, Linguistics and Formal Philosophy gave a talk at the conference in Brussels, Belgium.

Today was the third day of the Autumn school 'Current Trends in Decision-making Analysis' organized by the International Laboratory of Decision Choice and Analysis. The invited lecturers included outstanding academics and researchers Itzhak Gilboa, Theocharis Grigoriadis, Michel Grabisch, Gabrielle Demange, Saptarshi Mukherjee, Stefan Napel, Agnieszka Rusinowska, William Thomson, Katarína Cechlárová.
