DAAD Scholarships for Students from Germany for HSE Summer University 2021

We are delighted to announce 10 scholarships for students from Germany who wish to enroll in HSE Summer University courses.

Since 2015, through GoEast Summer Schools program the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) has provided an opportunity for students from Germany to study at HSE Summer University. This year, for the first time, the scholarship is applicable to participation in the online HSE Summer University.

In 2021, HSE Summer University will be held only in the online format for a second year in a row. The full updated list of all offering courses is available here. All courses of the program were designed taking into account the peculiarities of remote learning. The class timetable will be finalized after the registration period closes considering students’ different time zones

Please note that the scholarships will cover only Summer University program courses and does not apply to courses of other HSE summer programs.

How Can German Students Apply?

If you are interested in receiving a scholarship, you should apply to HSE Summer University and the DAAD at the same time.At the end of the application period, HSE University will send a ranking of the applicants to the DAAD. Decision will be made on the basis of SU applications and academic achievements of the candidates.
