Erasmus+

Erasmus+ is a new EU's programme to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe from 2014 till 2020. More detailed information is available at EU Erasmus + website and at Erasmus + National Office in Russia website.

The programme has integrated such previously active programmes as The LifeLong learning Programme, The Youth in Action programme, The Erasmus Mundus Programme, Alfa, Edulink, Tempus etc.
There are three main directions within the framework of academic cooperation via Erasmus +:
Key Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals – new mobility opportunities for students and faculty members
Key Action 2: Cooperation for innovation and good practice – cooperation for capacity-building in the field of higher education and exchange of best practices
Jean Monnet Activities – big opportunities for European research development within Jean Monnet programme.

HSE has been participating in the bilateral mobility programme with European universities through Key Action 1 since 2015: Learning Mobility of Individuals - Credit Mobility (Short-term mobility) that aims to encourage the mobility of students, faculty and staff members providing financial support within bilateral mobility agreements with universities participating in the Programme and from Partner countries.
Marina Batalina, Head of Office for International Cooperation is an institutional coordinator of the Programme at HSE.
Sofia Sadykova, Head of International Students Support Office is a contact person for student mobility issues in the framework of university-wide agreements within Erasmus + programme. The agreements made in the interests of HSE subdivisions are coordinated by their staff members responsible for international cooperation (see below information on coordinators details at the faculties). Terms and conditions of the selection process are determined by a Partner university, information is uploaded at university website and is promoted by HSE Office for International Cooperation and Office of Internationalisation together with deputy deans/deans/coordinators responsible for international cooperation at the faculties.
The table below contains a list of universities, as well as fields and mobility types within the bilateral agreements on short-term mobility opportunities with European universities.
More detailed information on fellowships for students within the agreements is available at Office of Internationalisation website (check student mobility possibilities - https://studyabroad.hse.ru/en/grants/#Erasmus).
