Humboldt University
is one of the main strategic partners for HSE Moscow: there is a scientific cooperation, regular student and staff exchange, as well as a double degree program with School of Business and Economics at HU. There are 5 scholars at HSE granted by Alexander von Humboldt-Stiftung, 5 agreements made between HSE and HU, joint research and educational projects hold annually.
There is a long-lasting partnership with Freie Universität Berlin as well: in Sociology and Philology primarily, a university-wide student exchange programme is implemented since 2013, and a double degree programme in Comparative Social Research has just been started.
