At this time of uncertainty and scarce resources for our universities, we must increase our creativity and flexibility. It is our task to become creative leaders: daring to show the way into the unknown. And this all starts with you! It is your mindset and skills that can get the ball rolling. In this Ignite session, we will show you how you can boost your career as a creative leader in a new era of agile and international higher education.

For the HSE International Summer University in Russia, the pandemic experience of 2020 brought the short-term programme format to the surface. To avoid purely temporary solutions, we invited colleagues to combine all formats and develop the most effective action plan. This poster shows how with proper planning, this approach has allowed our programming to be flexible and less dependent on external factors in 2021 and beyond.
