Course Syllabus

Abstract

The discipline is devoted to the study of the specifics and content of the modern media industry. Students explore key aspects of the news media industry, including its economic, technological and social aspects. The course examines the transformation of the media market, the role of digital technologies and changes in professional standards. Students will gain competencies in analyzing the media industry, understanding its structure and trends, and critically reflecting on the role of news media in contemporary society
