Professor Salvatore Zappalà (University of Bologna, Italy)
Lecture "Software Development Team Effectiveness"
You will know about some factors which have an impact on software development team effectiveness. Professor Zappalà will tell you about phenomenon of social loafing and the ways to overcome it. You will discuss to which extent group cohesion contributes to team effectiveness and in which cases it has a negative impact on it. You will have an opportunity to participate in some practical exercises and discussion of evaluation of team effectiveness.
