Course Syllabus

Abstract

Innovation strategy design and respective implementation are core of the course. The course introduces factors which hinder innovation in companies and presents tools and skills to overcome these. It stresses the meaning of innovation culture and strategies designing and implementing such. For achieving this case studies and interactive exercises are used.
