The Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University is a unique model of a successful Russian business school. The success of the school's project was confirmed in 2012 by receiving the EQUIS (EFMD Quality Improvement System) international institutional accreditation from the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). GSOM St. Petersburg State University is the first and currently the only business school in Russia and the CIS that has been awarded this prestigious accreditation. The high quality of educational programs is also confirmed by recognized international program accreditations — AMBA (Executive MBA program) and EPAS (Bachelor's degree programs). Updated MBA Launched at HSE Graduate School of Business

Amidst a turbulent market and tectonic shifts in the environment, senior executives of Russian companies are showing a greater need for business education. This spring, the HSE Graduate School of Business has launched updated Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Business Administration programmes. The programme organisers report a large number of incoming applications, and currently there are 50 students enrolled in the MBA programme.

Council of Supply Chain Professionals and HSE Graduate School of Business announce cooperation

HSE Graduate School of Business (GSB) is expanding cooperation with the Council of Supply Chain Professionals, an association for the promotion of the logistics and supply chain of manufacturing and retailing companies. The parties have signed a Cooperation Agreement and a supplementary agreement to it. More than 3,000 logistics and supply chain managers and specialists from 1,100+ Russian and international manufacturing companies and retailers will have access to the educational innovations and resources of the HSE GSB.

Graduate School of Business Holds First Project Fest

The HSE Graduate School of Business (GSB) held its first open-air student festival, Project Fest by GSB, at Shabolovka. It was the final stage of the Student Groups Project Competition for the 2020/2021 academic year. Lectures, master classes, business games from students and business representatives, and educational and entertainment activities were also organised for all Festival visitors.

HSE Graduate School of Business Hosts Final Round of CIMA Emerging Leaders Competition 2021

On May 12, the HSE Graduate School of Business hosted the CIMA Emerging Leaders Competition, an international case championship. The competition is aimed at helping students advance their skills in business process modelling and business forecasting. A team from Southern Federal University (SFU) took first place, and teams from HSE University came in second and third.

The professors of FMB and CPE learned about the implementation of advanced digital technologies into the educational process. 

On February 13, 2020, the Faculty of Business and Management held its sixth methodological seminar for teachers of the Faculty of Business and Management (FBM) and units of continuing professional education (CPE), dedicated to the use of digital technologies for the interaction between participants of the educational process.

New Recording Studio Opens at HSE University

The digitalization of education would be impossible without the introduction of new technologies. FBM’s modern video studio—based on Jalinga software that Russian specialists created for distance learning—enables teachers and students to record lectures and transmit online broadcasts unassisted.

The Faculty of Business and Management opens a brand-new video recording studio for online courses and webinars.

On January 16, 2020, a new video recording studio with the most modern equipment was opened at the Faculty of Business and Management. Now, any professor or course author can record an educational video or broadcast a webinar there.

HSE Tops Ranking of Business Universities in Business Education

HSE University has taken the first place in the ranking of entrepreneurial universities and business schools by Expert Analysis Centre. The ranking’s evaluation criteria include startups that were launched by alumni of economics or business programmes.
